|

A- We require 25% of your total rental amount as a reservation
and security deposit to reserve a condo or home for you.

Q- Do you have baby equipment such as cribs,
high chairs etc?

A- Yes, we recommend Island Rentals, their number is 239-472-9789.
They rent and deliver whatever you need. Use my name to obtain

Q- Are baby sitters available at the resort?

A- Guest services of South Seas Resort (239-472-5111) can
do this for you. Ask for hourly rates. |

Q- Can we ride bicycles on Captiva and at the
Resort?

A- Yes, See Outside Rental companies above for rentals. |

Q- Do you have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas
available at the different houses, condos etc.?

A - The Gulf Cottages and Beach House #9 all have beach
chairs and beach towels. You can either buy an inexpensive
umbrella on your way in or rent one through a rental company. |

Q- Is Captiva a good place for kids?
|
| |
A- A perfect place. The beach is lovely with lots of seashells
to gather. The Gulf waters are warm for swimming. |

Q- Is there a pool available with our accommodation?

A- There are 17 pools at the Resort, so there is always
one pool close to each accommodation. |

Q- Is there a BBQ grill available?
|
| |
A- Yes, a charcoal grill is available at each accommodation. |

Q- What is the closest airport to Captiva Island?
|
| |
A- The closest is Fort Myers International Airport. You
can also fly into Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa and Sarasota,
which are approximately a two to two and a half hour drive
to South Seas Resort. |

Q- Is there shuttle service or transportation
from the Fort Myers airport.

A- The shuttle service is called Apple Taxi and Limo Service,
239-482-1200. The rate for 2 people is $54. All major car
rentals are located at the airport. |

Q- Do I need a car at the resort?
|
| |
A- To visit Sanibel or things outside or the
resort you will need a car. |

Q- Is there maid service available?
|
| |
A- There is no daily maid service. Your accommodation is
ready for you on arrival and will cleaned when you leave.
Maid service is available at an extra charge with advance
notice. |

A- Beach towels if you have a large family, personal
videos, DVD's, CD's and sunscreen. |
